Account Manager [12/04/2016]
Our client is a multi-faceted Group engaged in the sales and service of personal communication devices and accessories. They are the key distributors and re-sellers of top brand mobile communication devices and are looking to recruit an Account Manager who will be responsible for developing and building strong relationships with the company’s key accounts.
Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting and controlling the promotional expenses, sales and forecast analysis, collecting market and competitor information, researching new market opportunities and to recommend and commission market research as appropriate. The incumbent will also be expected to devise and communicate a clear-cut channel strategy for key accounts and motivate and lead a team.
The position requires at 3-5 years experience in a similar field within a consumer environment in the UAE, preferably with telecommunication exposure. In addition to this the individual will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and account management skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must; Fluency in Arabic would be a distinct advantage.
