Marketing Manager - FMCG [12/04/2016]
A challenging and exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Marketing Manager with our client, a leading multi-national FMCG company.
The role will incorporate all marketing communications activities for the company with full support from the marketing team. This is a decision making role, where you will be responsible for appropriate marketing routes and messages, creating the initial marketing plan and seeing it through to launch. You will have to identify how to gain lasting exposure and create innovative promotional material, including brochures and flyers. The role will involve liaising with advertising agencies, writers, graphic designers, PR agencies and other external vendors. As Marketing Manager relationship management will be essential for negotiating with conference organisers, both locally and internationally.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience in marketing including advertising, PR, event management and direct marketing. Some financial and budget experience is essential. Expertise required in people management; leadership; HR and complex problem solving skills. A recognised Marketing Communication Certificate is a pre-requisite for this role and an Arabic speaker would be ideal but not essential.
